1. Our menus change often reflecting fresh, local ingredients so all menus displayed on our website may be subject to change. 2. Afternoon Teas must be booked at least 24 hours in advance, please give any dietary requirements in advance upon booking. 3. Guests are asked to arrive to the restaurant 10-15 minutes before arrival and provide an email confirmation with the details of your booking. Due to high demand in the Blok Restaurant we advise booking prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. In the situation that there is a delay, we only hold tables for 15 minutes in the event of a no show or late arrival due to high demand. In the event of a late arrival, our staff will do everything possible to seat you and your party, but cannot guarantee anything after this 15 minute window has passed. The allocated time set per table is 2 hours. 4. All booking must comply with COVID-19 regulations at the time of booking, this may change at little to no notice. 5. You must follow track and trace regulations upon arrival and also wear a mask to and from your table, this is a legal requirement and failure to follow these regulations may result in your party being asked to leave. 6. Please let us know any dietary requirements upon booking including any allergies as we cannot be held liable for any allergies not stated resulting in a reaction. 7. If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as possible, you can cancel through your confirmation email. 8. By booking through Res Diary you agree to abide by our terms and conditions 9. At present we can only take bookings of up to 6 people in line with current government guidelines 10. All bookings require a credit or debit card guarantee to secure your reservation. These details are kept safe using a PCI compliant gateway and held via Resdiary/Dishcult. You will not be charged upfront, and these details are only held for the purposes of no shows and cancellation fees. Our Menu is recommended to be enjoyed as the chef has prepared. However we can accommodate for any dietary or allergen requirements as long as we have 24 hours prior notice. Any requests made after this time will be at the discretion of the kitchen team. Due to the nature of our taster menu, dishes are set and can not be substituted without prior notice. Due to the fresh ingredients used, the menu displayed is a sample menu only and may change without any prior notice. Our taster menu is designed for an adult palette with lots of strong flavours, and may not be suitable for those under the age of 14. — We require at least 48/24 hours notice to cancel any reservations. A cancellation fee will apply for no shows, late cancellations or significant number amendments with less than 48/24 hours notice. These charges for this are as follows: 48hrs notice to cancel Prosecco/Traditional Afternoon Tea: £20 per person, 24hrs notice to cancel Sunday Lunch: £10 per person 24hrs notice to cancel Al Carte Menu: £20 per person, 48hrs notice to cancel Valentine Set Menu: £30.00pp. Please note that on special event days such as Mother’s/Father's Day, Guest Chef Nights & in-house events, the full amount of the event will be charged. For Christmas Day full payment at the time of booking. Pre-order to be returned within 6 weeks prior to the date of visit.
All payments are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable and cannot be used to pay for other goods and services at the hotel
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. A table is deemed to be a “No Show” if you are more than 15 minutes late for the reservation with no contact to the hotel. By booking a table you agree to comply by these terms and conditions.
